Wellbeing reflection

Firstly, in PE and Health, I have been covering some of the different types of techniques in Wellbeing in the site, Google Drive.

As it says in Wikipedia, Well-being, wellbeing, or wellness is the condition of an individual or group. A higher level of well-being means that in some sense the individual's or group's condition is more positive. According to Naci and Ioannidis, "Wellness refers to diverse and interconnected dimensions of physical, mental, and social well-being that extend beyond the traditional definition of health. It includes choices and activities aimed at achieving physical vitality, mental alacrity, social satisfaction, a sense of accomplishment, and personal fulfillment".

Digital Footprint

Secondly, in PE and Health, I have been covering some of the different types of names on this topic called Digital Footprint

As it says in Wikipedia, Digital footprint or digital shadow refers to the trail of data left behind through the use of the Internet or on digital devices.Digital footprints can be classified as either passive or active. The former is composed of a user's web-browsing activity and information stored as cookies, while the latter is often released deliberately by a user with the intent of sharing information on websites or social media.[5] While the term usually applies to an individual person, digital footprint can also refer to a business, organization or corporation.

Health learning Expectation

Lastly, in PE and Health, I have been covering some of the different meanings of Health Expectation throughout this year

As it says in Wikipedia, The Healthy Life Years indicator (HLY), also known as disability-free life expectancy or Sullivan's Index, is a European structural indicator computed by Eurostat. It is one of the summary measures of population health, known as health expectancies, composite measures of health that combine mortality and morbidity data to represent overall population health on a single indicator. HLY measures the number of remaining years that a person of a certain age is expected to live without disability.
