english

Welcome to my English website, this is what I have been learning so far this year

These are the top links in English:

Creative Writing

Firstly, in English, I have been covering some of the different types of fonts about Creative Writing.

As it says in Wikipedia, Creative writing is any writing that goes outside the bounds of normal professional, journalistic, academic, or technical forms of literature, typically identified by an emphasis on narrative craft, character development, and the use of literary tropes or with various traditions of poetry and poetics. Due to the looseness of the definition, it is possible for writing such as feature stories to be considered creative writing, even though they fall under journalism, because the content of features is specifically focused on narrative and character development. Both fictional and non-fictional works fall into this category, including such forms as novels, biographies, short stories, and poems.

P.O.W Activity

Secondly, in English, I have been covering some of the different types of Poetry like P.O.W, creator: Alicia Keys.

As it says in Wikipedia, Alicia Keys made an album 'Tears for Water'. It is about deaf Poems and Lyrics and it is a collection of recording artist. It was first issued in the United States as a hardcover edition by G. P. Putnam's Sons, and on November 4, 2004 it was issued in Canada and Europe in paperback format by Berkley Books. The album was consists for twenty-seven poems and lyrics and the songs from her studio albums Songs: In A Minor (2001), The Diary of Alicia Keys (2003) and P.O.W (2010).

Hatchet

Lastly, in English, I have been covering some of the different types of Novels throughout this year: Hatchet.

As it says in Wikipedia, a thirteen-year-old boy, Brian Robeson was traveling from Hampton to Canada to meet his dad. A single engine Cessna bush plane had an accident because the pilot suffers a massive heart attack and then dies. Brian tries to land the plane but ends up crash-landing into a lake in the forest. His goals is to learn how to survive on his own with nothing but his hatchet—a gift his mother gave him shortly before the plane accident .
